Leading Relationally (Speaker: Kevin Rockmann)
Organizations are built on successful relationships; relationships are the conduits by which organizational work is completed. But managers and leaders get sucked into logistic and other business pressures that detract attention away from relationships and relational systems. Under this topic I talk about how to design organizations, units, and jobs to overcome this deficiency and the value of looking at organizations in terms of the relationships and capacities in addition to the shorter-term bottom-line pressures.
